为了促进辅导员讲好主题班会，提高育人的实效性。9月8日上午，学院辅导员王祖苗老师在知真楼206召开“少年辛苦终身事，莫向光阴惰寸功”主题班会，学院软件工程2020班全体同学参加。学校副校长钟春敏、学院副书记李文希以及学院全体辅导员老师出席了班会活动。

 

班会活动中，王祖苗老师围绕5个关键词: 规划，勤学，赋能，舒压，强体，声情并茂地畅谈大学生该如何学习，在疫情防控常态化下如何学习，如何成为优秀的学习者，她给大家分享了2022年热搜上的优秀的学习者，分享他们自强不息的感人事迹，比如，震撼人心的中南财经政法大学的优秀毕业生—苏正民，被上海交大录取的“骑手阿甘”等。班会上，同学们也深有触动，回答了自己的想法。班会结束时，钟校长做了全面的点评，肯定了班会的主题，亲切地与大家交流了想法，同时，钟春敏副校长寄语在场的每个同学，希望开学了，大家好好收心，多反思读大学的目的，主动向身边的榜样学习，自强不息，牢记:“厚德载物，认知践行”的校训，在日常生活中换位思考，和同学处理好关系，在学习方面，不断拼搏，努力实现自己的人生理想。会后，钟春敏副校长对辅导员也提出了要求，希望可以听更多辅导员的主题班会，让听主题班会常态化。
